As Chief Executive Officer of Senior Care Solutions, Lisa leads multi-region integration and strategic expansion across Florida. She is recognized for driving clinical excellence, strengthening operational performance, and building scalable, patient-centered care models. With a strong focus on quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and team development, Lisa consistently delivers sustainable growth while enhancing the patient and provider experience across the continuum of care.

Matthew Seymour
Chief Financial Officer

Matthew Seymour serves as Chief Financial Officer of Senior Care Solutions, where he leads the company’s accounting and finance functions. As a Certified Public Accountant based in South Florida with 15 years of experience, he brings a strong foundation in financial reporting, operational finance, and transaction advisory.

Matthew began his career in public accounting, focusing on audit engagements, before transitioning into private industry. He now specializes in the home health sector, with over six years of experience supporting growth-oriented organizations. His background includes playing a key role in more than ten buy-side and sell-side transactions. This experience provided him with deep expertise in financial due diligence, integration, and strategic planning.

At Senior Care Solutions, Matthew oversees financial strategy, reporting, and performance management, helping position the organization for sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Monica Sherman, PT, MS
Corporate Administrator

Monica Sherman is a licensed Physical Therapist and experienced healthcare leader with extensive expertise in home health operations, post-acute care coordination, and clinical program development. Throughout her 30+ years in healthcare, she has partnered closely with physicians, case managers, hospitals, senior living communities, and healthcare organizations to help ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care while safely transitioning through the continuum of care.

Monica is passionate about building strong relationships founded on communication, responsiveness, clinical excellence, and trust.  She brings her collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to the Senior Care Solutions team as the Corporate Administrator.

Jane Deale
VP of Sales & Training - Region 11, Region 10 & Region 9

Jane is a nurse with over 23 years of experience in healthcare and more than 22 years dedicated to coordinating home care services for seniors. She is the co-founder of Palm Beach County’s largest senior healthcare networking group, established over sixteen years ago with Michael Mohl.

She currently serves as Vice President of Sales for Senior Care Solutions, a Medicare-certified agency providing in-home nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to seniors covered by Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Serving Miami through Orlando and Florida’s west coast, Jane is passionate about helping seniors remain independent and receive high-quality care in the comfort of their homes—where her heart and career continue to be most fulfilled.
